Calvin has oversight of the Multi-Media Ministries at New
Vision. The Multi-Media Ministries include Presentation,
Communications, Audio, Video and Print.
He and His wife Sharon live in Bowie, Maryland with their
twelve-year-old son Isaiah. Elder Calvin keeps Christ at the center of
his life and makes every effort to lock into God's frequency, allowing
the Word of God to control his life. It is his prayer with the aid of
the Holy Spirit that his life will continue to be transformed so that
he may glorify God, by obeying the great commission and being obedient
to His word. When asked what he feels his strengths are in relation to
his walk with God, Elder Calvin said his strengths are in making
disciples of Jesus - starting first with his family.
"The Lord has given me a gift of establishment. There are many
assignments that the Lord has given me to establish, organize and then
train others to carry out His work. As I continue to grow in Christ,
I'm learning to find out where God is working and then to join him in
that work."

Gaines heads up the Financial Ministry at New Vision. Under
Elder Gaines falls New Vision's Discipleship Ministry where he serves
as a facilitator and teacher. The Discipleship Ministry is comprised of
New Vision's four core studies (Navigators, Crown and Experiencing
God); four cell groups (Homebuilders, Females Building a Firm
Foundation, and Exodus From Strongholds) and a host of "Impact
Ministries."
Elder Gaines insists that his daily devotions with God are the
cornerstone of him being able to maintain consistently his walk with
Christ. He looks forward to meeting God in the morning and writing his
personal thoughts and revelation of scripture in a journal, which is
part of his devotion time. Elder Gaines reads through the entire bible
each year asking God to show him a new revelation of His word. "Its
amazing how the Holy Sprit will do just that; no matter how many times
you have read a passage or studied a book - God will get your attention
every time."

Moses has the responsibility of our Altar Ministry. He
counsels Seekers and Christians on their choice to renew and/or accept
Christ as their Lord and Savoir.
Elder Moses also ensures that the needs of those he counsels are met by
providing direction and guidance on a plan of discipleship to help jump
start or reactivate their walk to become fully functional members in
the body of Christ. Elder Moses is humbly committed to his walk with
Christ because of the grace that Christ extended to him. One of Elder
Ron's favorite scriptures is Ephesians 2:8 "For it is by grace you have
been saved, through faith--and this not from yourselves, it is the gift
of God-- not by works, so that no one can boast."
Elder Moses says that is one of many scriptures that keeps him focused
and humble before the Lord. Brother Moses enjoys the outdoors and
nature. He considers it one of God's most wonderful creations.
